Template:Version030 Template:Monster spell info Chain of Chaos is a spell which has a wide variety of possible effects, much like the chaos weapon brand. It hits a nearby target, usually (but not always) the nearest target. It then "arcs" to another nearby target with reduced power. It can arc multiple times before grounding out, and it can affect the same creature multiple times in 1 cast. Arcs can hit the caster, but have no effect.

It can also be caused by the Mace of Variability.

Strategy

Like chaos weapons, Chain of Chaos has a chance to paralyse or banish you. Both are incredibly deadly effects, so avoid Psyche as much as possible.
