Spriggan defenders are well-trained spriggan warriors, wielding heavier weapons than most spriggans would bother with. Although still not terribly durable, they can take a punch and have higher evasion than most spriggans. They can be found as part of spriggan bands throughout the Depths and in various vaults, and will always be part of the Enchantress's band of followers.

Tips & Tricks

• High accuracy attacks will help when facing spriggan defenders. Unavoidable spells such as Fireball, Freezing Cloud, and Airstrike work well.
• They have a higher than normal chance of generating with weapons of distortion (10%). Be prepared.

History

• Prior to 0.13, there was a variant spriggan defender known as a spriggan enchanter which added a variety of Hexes to their normal combat prowess.
• During the brief period in which the Enchanted Forest was available in trunk, spriggan defenders could be found there.
