Sultana

A sultana is a fruit which normally provides 70 nutrition. They are lightweight and usually come in stacks of 10 or more, making them perfect for Fedhas' powers.

At 700 nutrition per aum, sultanas are the most weight-efficient comestible other than royal jellies, and for spriggans are in fact more efficient. Unfortunately, one finds so few sultanas in general that this rarely matters.
