Desirability

The gloves of the gadgeteer<ref>Template:Source ref</ref> are most useful if you've invested into Evocations, but even characters with zero investment can benefit from items like a wand of digging, phantom mirror, and phial of floods. A minimal investment (5-8 levels or so) can go a long way, and more is obviously great if you already have access to this item.

Coglins with a Gadgeteer gizmo don't get any faster recharging or wand charges, but their wand power is still increased.
