Hoarfrost cannons are stationary constructs that can fire projectiles at enemies. Each shot consumes a portion of their HP, and the 5th shot explodes in a 3x3 area that ignores allies and deals more damage. The projectiles deal cold damage and inflict the Frozen status.
When a hoarfrost cannon is destroyed, it leaves behind a temporary puddle of shallow water.
