Protean talisman

The talisman has an equal chance to turn into one of the following talismans:

• rimehorn talisman
• scarab talisman
• medusa talisman
• maw talisman

Shapeshifters start with a protean talisman; otherwise, this talisman can only generate in certain vaults.
