'''Breath''' is a [[status effect]] which prevents the use of breath- or spit- based attacks for its duration, effectively acting as a cooldown. It does not impact [[spell]]s or any other type of ability.

The following player abilities cause and are affected by Breath:
*[[Draconian breath attacks]] from being an XL 7 [[Draconian]] (<code>1 + 1d10 + 1d(30 - XL)</code> turns<ref>{{source ref|0.30.1|ability.cc|2541}}</ref>)
**The [[Fire Breath]] attack from being in [[Dragon Form]] (same duration)
*The [[Spit Poison]] attack from being a [[Naga]] (3-7 turns<ref>{{source ref|0.30.1|ability.cc|2518}}</ref>)

Monsters may also gain the Breath status; any spell with the [[spell slot flag|breath flag]] is subject to a Breath cooldown.
